ETCo provides a Lifetime Warranty for all primary structural components. This covers the carbon fiber leg assemblies and the main tripod apex against any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for the entire service life of the product. If these components fail under normal professional use, we will repair or replace them at our discretion.

ETCo ball heads are engineered to meet the highest standards of precision and mechanical operation. We provide a 5-Year Performance Guarantee on all ball heads. This covers mechanical failure, internal component defects, and workmanship issues from the date of purchase.

Components subject to routine wear and tear, including, but not limited to, rubber leg grips, tensioning shims, locking hardware, and adjustment knobs, are covered under a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty. We recommend periodic inspection of these components to maintain peak operational performance.

This warranty does not cover:

• Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, or finish wear from normal field use.

• Damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or intentional abuse.

• Loss or theft of the product.

• Damage caused by accidents, such as impact with vehicles or falls from extreme heights not associated with standard tripod deployment.
