Samuel is a career Law Enforcement Training Sergeant with a distinguished background in high-risk task force operations and performance level instruction. Throughout his 15+ years of service, he has delivered specialized end-user and instructor training to over 175 Local, State, and Federal agencies across the East Coast. A veteran of multi-jurisdictional units targeting narcotics and violent criminal enterprises, Samuel translates real-world operational experience, ranging from covert surveillance to high-risk warrant service into a rigorous training curriculum backed by over 4,900 documented training hours.

 

Samuel is a certified Law Enforcement Precision Rifle Instructor and a graduate of the U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security Precision Rifle/Observer Program, as well as the Ridgeline LE Designated Marksman Course. He maintains a level of technical proficiency as a Master Class competitor in the carry optics division and as a dedicated long-range gas gun competitor. Samuel’s expertise extends beyond the trigger as a Certified Gunsmith with specialized credentials as a AR15 Riflesmith and 1911 Pistolsmith, providing him with a comprehensive mechanical understanding of the platforms he employs and teaches.

 

Bridging the gap between tactical intervention and life-saving care, Samuel is a Nationally Registered EMT and an IBSC Certified Tactical Responder (TR-C #47). Having previously served as tactical medical support during high-risk enforcement operations, he brings a street-proven perspective to his instruction in Tactical Medicine and First Aid. Whether overseeing agency-wide training standards or competing at a national level, Samuel remains committed to the highest echelons of professional mastery in the tactical, medical, and shooting disciplines.
