About the Event
As firearms technology advances, more and more individuals are starting to equip their pistols with red dot sights. Many are installing red dot sights and employing them without having proper training or practice with pistol mounted RDS optics. This 8 hour introductory course will teach shooters how to better familiarize themselves with the differences in use of iron sights vs. RDS equipped handguns, how to choose proper reliable equipment, and become more proficient in the RDS pistol system. This course is great introduction for Law Enforcement considering the use of a RDS pistol for Duty use.

PREREQUISITES: Â Must be proficient with basic firearms fundamentals and safety. It is recommended that students have completed a basic handgun course prior to enrollment. This is a fast paced course and not meant for inexperienced shooters.Â
